Returns & Exchanges
Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene and safety standards associated with makeup products, Rglow only offers exchanges under limited conditions.
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused and unopened
- The seal remains intact
- The product is in its original packaging
- The packaging has not been tampered with
For hygiene reasons, opened, used, or swatched makeup products cannot be exchanged.
Items purchased during sales or promotional campaigns are not eligible for exchange unless the wrong item or a defective product was delivered.
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at admin@rglow.co with your order number, product name, and reason for exchange.
Once approved, send the item in its original sealed packaging to:

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will arrange the shipment of your replacement item.
Shipping charges related to the exchange may apply.
Returns & Damaged Products
At Rglow, we carefully check every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
If the product arrives damaged during delivery, Rglow may offer compensation, replacement, or store credit depending on the situation.
Returns are only accepted if:
- The product is unused and unopened
- The seal is intact
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used makeup products cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Request a Return
Take clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Email the photos along with your order number and reason for return to admin@rglow.co.
After approval, send the product back in its original sealed packaging to the address provided.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement, compensation, or store credit.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible.
Orders are usually processed quickly, so cancellation requests must be made before the order has been shipped.
